1. Retail Shopping Centers over 100,000 Sq Ft 2. Office Buildings over 100,000 Sq Ft 3. Apartment Buildings (No Condo Conversions) 4. Developer Buy-Outs @ 40% to 50% Discount of Current BPO. 5. Non-Performing Commercial Notes
Location: Anywhere in the S.E. United States (Preferably FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN)
We will NOT work with Broker Chains.
If you have an opportunity that you can present, and that you can verify that you are authorized to represent on behalf of the Seller, we will gladly look at it the deal.
