I am on the Board of directors of a Credit Union and I would like to know how this worked. Who sold your house and how did you get $3,400 back?

anyone use Costco or their Credit Union deals?
I got a great deal from Costco on my sold house: $3400 back after the sale (had to pay 6% realtors fee).
